Phenom Basic

An individualized sport performance training program focused on developing the athlete’s central nervous system and power output. Utilizing max effort strength workouts, resisted jumping and sprinting, and soft tissue work for joint integrity.

Started working out here about 5 months ago and already have seen extreme growth and overall size, strength and speed. He has great knowledge and finds your weaknesses so he can target them and make you stronger. The first day I came in I squatted 330lbs and Ronnie immediately said “if we get your hamstrings and back a little stronger, you’ll be hitting 400lbs in no time”. Fast forward 5 months, I squatted 475 easily. That’s a 145lbs increase in just 5 months. Not to mention the speed training he does for all his athletes and extra competitions he makes available on Saturdays. I’m feeling the fastest and strongest I’ve ever felt and I’m just getting started.

This training is aimed at developing the central nervous system and power output, as well as increasing the rate of force development by utilizing a combination of max effort strength training and dynamic effort speed training. Our dynamic effort training to increase speed, power, and overall athletic performance.
